We provide intelligent business automation services including:

  • Pillars Platform: A business automation platform with workflow engines, document management, knowledge graphs, and compliance tools.
  • AstroChain Infrastructure: Decentralized blockchain infrastructure providing secure data exchange, audit trails, and verification services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. User Data

You retain ownership of any data, documents, or content you submit to the Services ("User Data"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your User Data solely to provide and improve the Services. 7. Pearl AI Limitations

Pearl AI is designed to assist with business operations but has limitations:

  • Pearl AI generates responses based on patterns in data and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice
  • Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of Pearl AI's outputs
  • Pearl AI may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information
  • Critical business decisions should always involve qualified human review

8. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription to the Services:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as selected during registration
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

9. Data Security and Compliance

We implement industry-standard security measures including blockchain-verified audit trails through AstroChain Infrastructure. However, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable industry regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillars of Wisdom Automation Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pillars of Wisdom Automation Group from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
